The chalet is situated in the village of Le Tour 130 meters to the nearest lifts, with a large garden and private parking for approx 10 vehicles.
The chalet has 3 levels:
The basement:

* the boiler room and a cave for storage
* a laundry, pantry and a boiler room.
* 2 garages, one is used as a ski-room and the other has a sauna with shower and a half garage for storage.
The ground floor:
Five and a half bedrooms, all are en-suite, one has a bath, the rest have showers, one has a smaller children's room included. All have balconies facing west down the valley towards Mont-Blanc. Four of the balconies are linked and lead to the outdoor hot-tub which can accommodate up to 12 guests. The main entrance is also on the ground floor.
