Terms & Conditions of Accommodation Chamonix, Chalets & Apartments to Rent

Contract :

A contract is made between the Company 2 Europe Holidays and the person has confirmed the booking and payment made​​.

When the payment was made, "the terms and conditions" are considered accepted.

The group leader is responsible for other members of his family or group.

2 Europe Holidays Guaranteed price as quoted at the time of booking.

2 Europe Holidays can break this contract for some members of the group or the whole group if it is considered likely to disturb the enjoyment of other guests or damage to property. Or in case of complaints from some neighbors.

Condition of payment:

First payment: when the reservation is confirmed, the group must pay a deposit of 30% of or all of it if the booking is made less of an ego before date of arrival within 7 days of booking,

This payment ensures the reservation of accommodation for the duration of stay requested.

Final payment: the group must paye the final payment of 70% of the accommodation at the latest one before their arrival, in case of late booking, full payment must be made at time of booking. If payment is not received by the due date, two holidays Europe can  to cancel the provisions and cancellation fees will apply.

 Deposit: A deposit is fixed by 2 Holidays Europe depending on the apartment or rented cottage and it is taken upon your arrival by credit card or by cash. This payment will be returned to the client's departure, less any costs incurred for cleaning and damages not reported if need.

It is the responsibility of the group to ensure that accommodation is left is clean as he found it. If the group do damage, breakages or losses during the reservation period, the group will be responsible for these and will pay for the replacement of damaged / missing before departure.s
 

Cancellation by the customer

All cancellations must be made ​​in writing and signed by the Chief, on behalf of the group. If the cancellation is made more than a me before arrival, the first payment will be kept. Modification orcancellation by 2 Holidays Europe:

In the unlikely event that two Holidays Europe must change or cancel your accommodation, the group leader will be notified of any major changes as soon as possible and will be offered a comparable dwelling or a full refund.
Force Majeure: 2 Europe Holidays accepts no liability whats ever or pay compensation for:
a) any event which Europe Holidays 2 could not foresee or avoid. Such events include war, threat of war, civil war, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural disaster or nuclear, adverse weather conditions such as lack of snow, and fire, and so on.
b)all cancelled, loss, delay or expense resulting from or incidental or related to adverse weather or traffic, avalanches, mud slips, slides and snow conditions and the effect any of these may have on travel arrangements, accommodation and activities, and the like;
c) limitations imposed by the authorities, resort, ski lifts, ski school or ski rental operators, etc.;
d) travel arrangements made ​​by the group or on behalf of the group, and so on.
Holidays 2 Europe accepts no responsibility for injury or death whether caused to any visitor and / or any other member of the group during their stay in housing.

Arrival and departure:

The keys and check in is between noon and 19 heures. The late arrival will be charged; 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. = 20 euros, 10:00 p.m. to 0:30 euros between midnight and 2:50 Euros 100 euros after two hours.

The departure of the accommodation and the return of the keys are between 9am and noon. (unless otherwise agreed).

No smoking and pets:

Unless otherwise noted, tobacco, including cigars and pipes are strictly prohibited within the accommodation. Animals of all races are totally prohibited. If these conditions are not met as agreed, 2 Europe Holidays reserves the right to cancel group booking without any refund and ask the group to seek alternative accommodation immediately.

 Insurance:

It is the group leader to ensure that each party member is responsible for the safety of all owners and their personal belongings, documents and equipment.
Holidays 2 Europe accepts no liability for loss or damage to persons or property and or third parties at any time.
It is the group leader to ensure that each group member has their own documents all necessary medical and travel insurance to cover themselves before embarking on their holidays. No liability is or will be accepted in respect of any lack of confidence.
